Agent OS

The shared rulebook my AI agents work by: a handover note for every task, checks on each other's work, and a record of every step.

A 45-second fantasy-anime loop illustrating Agent OS. Three artisans build a bronze-and-cobalt phoenix: one finishes a feather panel, leaves a handover with the goal, what was done, what was checked and who goes next; another inspects the joining edge; the next maker seats the panel and releases it. Their completed creation awakens, unfolds its wings and takes flight, a fantasy metaphor for shared work. No blind handovers. Handover notes are illustrated with dummy data; scenes are AI-generated.
Finish, hand over, check, then continue. Handover notes use dummy data; the fantasy scenes are AI-generated. Agent OS lives in files and checks.

How it works

  1. 01

One agent finishes its part and writes a handover note.

  2. 02

The note says what was done, what was checked, and who's next.

  3. 03

The next agent checks the evidence before it builds on the work.

Why I built it

Once several agents work at the same time, the risk isn’t one bad answer. It’s one agent trusting another’s unchecked work.

What I learned

  • Write the rules down once, and point every agent at the same page.
  • The next agent should check the evidence, not take the last one’s word for it.
  • Rehearse big changes on a practice copy first. Mine caught a problem before it went live.
